Measurement method: three TP-Link EP25 metering outlets record true-RMS line voltage once per second on both 120 V legs of the split-phase service. A Tesla Wall Connector supplies the 240 V line-to-line reference and grid frequency, which is independent of the neutral. A Ting (Whisker) sensor on Leg A samples far faster than 1 Hz and retains the lowest and highest voltage it sees, so it resolves brief excursions that a 1 s RMS average necessarily flattens in both directions. Where the two disagree, the Ting figure is the closer estimate of the real extreme.
What is listed: any reading below 114 V (the ANSI C84.1 Range A lower limit) and any reading above 127 V (the Range B upper limit) at 120 V nominal. Undervoltage dims and stalls equipment; sustained overvoltage damages it, so both are reported.
34,042 samples logged today across 87 retained detail files.

- branch meter 113.8 V, below the 114 V Range A limit
The legs differed by more than the tracking threshold, but neither fell far enough below its calm baseline or below the ANSI Range A limit to count as a sag. Normal load imbalance looks like this.
Labels describe the simultaneous meter pattern. They do not assert a confirmed physical cause; that determination belongs to the utility or electrician after inspecting the service.
